Customer Service was fantastic.I had to reschedule twice because of my vehicle was having some work done Maaco and they had ride longer thsn expected. Mike was very understanding and accommodating. And he also saved me money by recommending Lou' Custom Exhaust instead of replacing the whole catalytic converter. Other than the flaw of being a Raiders fan, our arch rival, he was awesome!

I’m so very grateful to AAA for recommending Auto Care Plus. Mike was so helpful in talking me off the “ledge” so to speak when my car refused to start. He was honest and upfront on everything. He called or texted me every step of the extensive repairs and charged me a very fair price. I’m so glad I now have a car repair company I will absolutely be going to if and when repairs are needed. And I will of course tell everyone I know to go to Auto Care Plus in South Portland, ME

Caleb and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Gave me a PDF with line item pricing and talked me through each issue my car was having. They were truly exceptional and made car troubles feel less stressful. They have my business for life!

Super friendly and honest staff. They always make me feel welcome and clearly explain the work they recommend. Recently I went in and they suggested it was time for a tire rotation, so I said sure. Then they ended up saying my tires looked fine and I didn’t need to pay to have them rotated. Another time, they suggested I could choose a much cheaper option of how to fix an issue instead of paying a lot more in labor and parts for the alternative. I really appreciate that they aren’t trying to “pull one over on me” which is how I’ve felt at some other auto shops. They also send coupons in the mail and even applied a coupon I mentioned I had received but forgot to bring with me.

I love this place! After years of driving a large number of miles up to Wiscasset everytime my Audi needed service, I'm very happy to have this wonderful shop closer to home. Caleb was exemplary- kind, accommodating and professional, especially in his explanation of required services and costs. They have a loyalty service program you can purchase for a fee that offers discounted services and free oil changes, plus you earn points on each purchase. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I elected to get all of my wheels refinished. They sent them out to their preferred provider and the results were amazing. The photo is of before all 4 wheels were done. Now rhey all look like the rear left. The price was so reasonable. Thank you!
